Cannon beach.

It's been a while since I've posted anything! It's kind of like getting behind in your journal.  When you're trying to catch up you normally just cut to the chase and make a short over-view of things, because you aren't as enthusiastic about it as you were then...and you've forgotten most of the details anyway. So that's pretty much what I'm going to do now. Ol' lazy me....  shame.

In the first week of February, my family and I took a four day trip down to Cannon Beach with my Grandma Koch, and my Aunt Cindy from Kansas City. I had a marvelous time. We stayed in quite a large hotel room actually. It had a couple bedrooms, a kitchen, dinning room, living room, and balcony.

(below) every room had a TV in it. It was really nice to set the kids up with a movie after dinner after they had gone swimming and were -dead tired-.
Doodling was one of my favorite things while we were sitting around.
Walking around in the quaint little town.
-Loved this coat in the window.
Nickolas saw us girls leafing through the clothes racks and started imitating us. :) - So cute!
Happiness. Pure, stinkin' happiness.
"I got the whoole world, in my hand!"  lol
My Aunt is an awesome photographer. --just sayin.
All us kiddos! (well...except for me..but that's normal.) As you can see, it was a fabulously sunny day! We were all very happy.
They ride in style.

Future tribe leader.

Funny sight, hu? A leaf on the beach. It struck me as weird, but I guess it's not.
"It's a beautiful day, and I'm happy to say, I guess I'm doin' alright. "

I love the red, and the reflection.

Love this shot. I could see it in my bedroom hanging on the wall for sure.

"yellow" It's the best color in the world. It symbolises happiness, and sunshine. Both of which, make the world a better place. (in my opinion at least :))
Sand on warm wood. What is more calming than looking at that?
Be U. always.

So incredibly inviting, don't you think? This is the best way to walk to the beach. It's across a walkway. It just is. There's no way around it.
Okay, there's me looking absolutely dorky. It's okay though. Because I was almost literally frozen in place. It was sooo very much cold out there.

My Grandmother and I.

Thus concludes our annual beach trip. Which, I might add, was a Christmas present from my Aunt Cindy and Grandmother. MUCH thanks to them!!!
But most of all, thanks to our Lord.

Thanks for reading!
